The role
We are seeking a master craftsperson with a deep appreciation for material honesty and precision joinery to lead the fabrication of bespoke furniture and interiors.
What you’ll do
- Interpret technical drawings and plans to produce high-precision joinery.
- Manage production from timber selection to final assembly.
- Mentor apprentices and junior makers.
- Work with the design team to resolve details before fabrication.
- Operate traditional machinery and CNC equipment safely.
What you’ll need
- At least seven years’ experience in high-end cabinet making.
- Knowledge of solid timber, veneers and sustainable sheet materials.
- A portfolio showing complex problem-solving and refined finishing.
- Ability to manage deadlines without compromising quality.
